5 Hotel Stays to Remember in 2015

As 2015 comes to a close, I would like to reflect on some of the most memorable hotel stays that I have had this year. Not only did I check out one of the most haunted hotels in Asia, I also went to the most opulent one (in my opinion). 2015 was also the year that I managed to bring my toy poodle (lawfully) to a weekend staycation that I enjoy so much (on a far-too-regular basis). In addition to all that, I also had the opportunity to experience living in my very own Serviced Suite (even for a night) in the heart of Singapore while having some time to check out one of the most beautiful beach resorts in Phuket (which serves excellent Thai food) on a separate weekend.

Hotel Review: Pan Pacific Orchard Road Serviced Suites

More and more Singaporeans have turned to staycations as a solution to get away from the regularity of day to day life. As an avid staycation-goer myself, I rely largely on this little breaks to get myself in tune with the things that matter to me most. As many of you may already know, I am a huge brand supporter of Pan Pacific and I have stayed in the Pan Pacific Singapore and Pan Pacific Orchard (alongside PARKROYAL on Beach Road) multiple times, with the former property being the most frequent - enough to maintain my Global Hotel Alliance (GHA) status year to year. If you are observant enough, you will notice that Singapore has a whole line of Pan Pacific Serviced Suites and I was lucky enough to get invited to check out the Pan Pacific Orchard Road Serviced Suites that is located right above the Somerset MRT.
