With the support from the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Indonesia and the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Singapore, Chef John will be introducing a repertoire of contemporary Indian flavours to diners in Singapore - there will also be cultural performances during dinner, traditional Indonesian souvenirs as well as attractive lucky draw prizes such as a trip to Indonesia!

Here's a bit of an interesting fact when you stay in an Executive Suite at the Sheraton Towers Singapore - you may be given one of the regular Premium Suites or one of the special Heritage Cities Suites. There are only a handful of Heritage Cities Suites and they are deliberated themed after distinctive heritage cities from all around the world with carefully selected furniture and design. During my stay, I was lucky enough to be given the Copenhagen Executive Suite which is inspired by the capital of Denmark.
