The Moreish Seafood Paella will bring you to the beautiful Valencia, Seafood Ceviche to the coasts of South America, and Korean Seafood Pancake ('Haemul Pajeon') to the Land of the Morning Calm.

Select from a variety of dishes that incorporates fresh seafood - the Seafood Chowder with Puff Pastry, Drunken Prawns with Chinese Wine, creamy Salted Egg Crab, and a la minute Oven-baked Seafood (cooked in a stone oven).
