Select from a tantalising range of greens, soups and crustacean before moving on the main course where you can enjoy unlimited servings of premium meats on hot plates including Grilled Grass Fed Australian Tandoori Lamb Cutlets, Soy and Mustard Harami Steak, Tiger Prawns coated with Garlic Butter and Coriander and Lemon Marinated Red Snapper Fillet. For those who relish in a spicy punch, the smoky Ayam Bakar, Indonesian Char-Grilled Chicken Thigh infused with spicy sambal sauce is a popular Asian dish. Savour these meats straight from the hot plates or create your desired flavour intensities with our horseradish cream, chimichurri or Sichuan pepper sauces.
