Chilled Green Papaya with Fresh Crab Meat (S$37++ per portion)

Chicken Wings stuffed with Crab Meat (S$28++ per person)

Steamed Amoy Vermicelli with Crab Meat in Chinese Wine and Egg White (S$24++ per person)

Stir-fried Crab Meat served with Steamed Bun (S$48++ per portion)
