Available from 29-31 July 2016 and 6-9 August 2016 at Edge, the National Day Heritage Dinner Buffet (S$88++ per adult - 630PM to 1030PM) will feature local favourites and classic dishes with a contemporary touch. Notable dishes include the Nyonya Laksa with Quail Egg, Buah Keluak Fried Rice, Traditional Satay, Wagyu Beef Rendang and a la minute Wok-fried Lala with Black Bean Sauce. Other dishes to watch out for are the Gratinated Crayfish with Torch Ginger Sambal, White Salmon Tandoori and Nandu Crab Biryani.

Prefer an oriental spread instead? Executive Chef Lai Tong Ping has created a special National Day Set Menu (S$128++ per diner) for the special occasion from 6-9 August 2016 during Lunch and Dinner. The menu will feature luxurious oriental delights like the premium Classic Whole Abalone with Sea Perch Fillet in Abalone Sauce, Braised Broccoli with Crabmeat and Pan-Fried Scallops, and Combination Appetiser Platter of Sliced Barbecued Beijing Duck and Crispy Prawns with Salted Egg.
