One of the best Cantonese restaurants in Singapore, Man Fu Yuan, located within the beautiful InterContinental Singapore is offering a specially crafted 8-course set menus presented by Chef Kwan Yiu Kan and his culinary team for Mother's Day.
 
A plate of longevity buns signifying good health and a long life will be first served to the guests before embarking on this gastronomic journey. Other dishes that will be featured in this special Mother's Day menu will include the following: 

  • Deluxe Combination Platter comprising Chilled Abalone in Japanese Sake, Slipper Lobster Meat with Spicy Plum Sauce and crispy Roast Pork with Honey Mustard.
  • Braised Fresh Crab Roe with Bird’s Nest Soup
  • Sautéed Sea Whelk with Scallops and Asparagus in Signature X.O. Chilli Sauce
  • Duo of Tea Smoked Duck and Roasted Duck
  • Stewed Prime Ribs with “Zhen Jiang” Vinaigrette
  • Yuan Yang Seafood Rice in Superior Stock

Mothers with a penchant for delicacies will delight in the epicurean selection of the second menu, with highlights such as the Man Fu Yuan Roasted Peking Duck, Double-boiled Crab Claw, Fish Maw and Chicken Soup, Braised 8-headed Abalone with Sea Cucumber, Mongolian-style Sesame Roasted Chicken, Braised Marble Goby with Black Truffles and Superior Soya Sauce, Baked Boston Lobster with Cheese and Ee-fu Noodles, finishing off with a refreshing Chilled Avocado Ice Cream.
